Implementing agile transformation

Infuse agility into your organization and transform obstacles into growth opportunities!

In a professional environment that is constantly evolving, the ability to adapt to change is essential for the survival, growth and sustainability of a business. The ability to effectively manage transitions represents a significant advantage for any organization that wants to be successful. Support for organizational change thus emerges as a strategic pillar for companies aiming for a long-term perspective.

At AgileThinking.pro , we understand the crucial importance of this process and offer personalized solutions to ensure a smooth and successful transition, while promoting sustainable business development.

And this involves a simple process :AP.MSE

1/Analysis and Identification

Before beginning any change process, it is crucial to understand the specific needs of the business. This involves determining one’s identity, position, goals, direction, challenges and core values.

Our approach begins with a detailed analysis of the organizational structure, corporate culture and challenges encountered. This preliminary assessment allows us to develop a tailor-made strategy and action plan to meet the specific needs of the organization. This may include a training program, a coaching plan or collaborative work sessions, which we refer to as introductory workshops.

2/ Strategic Planning

From our initial analysis, we jointly develop – with the active participation of the organization – a personalized strategy and action plan aimed at optimizing the effectiveness of the transformation process.

It is therefore crucial to determine:

– What actions are best able to direct us towards our vision and our short, medium and long term objectives?

– What is the timetable for implementing these actions?

– Why are these actions necessary?

– What skills and resources will be required to achieve them?

– Who will be Responsible, Approver, Consulted, Involved or Informed of each action? When and for what reason?

This goes through :

  • SMART goal setting which is essential for providing clear direction to the transformation process and for monitoring progress.
  • Identifying risks and dependencies related to the transformation strategy which is also crucial because it helps develop mitigation plans and ensures that the plan is realistic and executable.
  • Verification using impact maps of the consistency between the actions to be implemented and the desired goals.

3/ Implementation of planned strategic actions

Beyond actions specific to the organization's objective, this strategy also includes key stages such as skills development, agility initiation, team or individual coaching, and auditing.

- Skills development through training

Skills development is essential. We believe that investing time, money and resources in employee training is crucial to success in this century. To this end, we offer high-level professional training where staff will acquire in-depth knowledge and skills that they can directly implement in their daily lives. Anything that contributes to the profit of the company.

- Introductory workshop

Let us introduce your organization to agility or help your colleagues go further in implementing said practices in order to optimize their benefits

- Coaching

Coaching of agile teams: support for teams in the adoption and implementation of agile practices in the daily life of their activity.

Coaching of managers: development of agile managerial skills necessary for the overall success of the organization

Individual coaching: supporting individuals in their transition to agility.

- Audit

It takes place at three levels:

Agile performance audit : Measures the impact of agility on the performance of the organization.

Agile Maturity Audit : Assessment of the organization's agile maturity level.

Audit of agile approaches : Identification of points for improvement of existing agile approaches. (Kanban, Lean, Scrum, or specific practices)

Knowing, however, that change arouses reactions of resistance within the organization. We help identify and anticipate these resistances early in the process. We therefore question the corporate culture and the culture of the country, past approaches, the advantages and disadvantages, the actors, the communication channels, and the human resources policy among others. Observation, effective questioning, listening, involvement, collaboration and recognition can thus promote acceptance of change.

4/ Monitoring and Evaluation

Once the transformation process has been launched, it is crucial to monitor and evaluate the performance of the actions implemented and to make necessary adjustments. If it is, for example, coaching, from time to time we carry out an agile performance audit to measure the impact of agility on the performance of the organization and a agile process audit in order to identify areas for improvement in the agile processes in place.

At this stage it is necessary

– Establish specific key value indicators (KVA), defined to measure the success of the agile transformation process. This will allow progress to be monitored and adjustments to be made if necessary.

Communicating the results of evaluations and monitoring to stakeholders is essential as this will help maintain buy-in and celebrate successes.

We believe that being supported in the implementation of the agile transformation process is an essential step for the long-term success of a company. At Agile Thinking, we help organizations embrace these processes with peace of mind and turn obstacles into growth opportunities.
