I have taken many trainings and experienced several perspectives of agility and management among which I would mention PMP, Kanban, Scrum, XP, Lean UX and Agility at scale, as evidenced by the certifications I have passed. My previous jobs have allowed me to develop a wide experience in several sectors of activity including construction, logistics, public sector, e-commerce, banking and many others.

Course overview Professional Scrum with Kanban™

This training is an official training Scrum.org. It was developed in partnership with Daniel Vacanti and the Professional Scrum Trainers (PST) community. This unique training combines the benefits of both Scrum and Kanban.

 

Participants will learn how their teams can optimize their added value delivered and work efficiency, through the introduction of complementary Kanban practices while continuing their work without too much change.

 

This course teaches participants how to apply Kanban practices to their work. Through theory, case studies and practical exercises, participants will be able to increase the added value of their teams through the improvement of collaborative work (Scrum) and the optimization of flow (Kanban), as we will see during this training.

 

Together, Scrum and Kanban are the most widely used Agile combination by organizations – consciously or unconsciously – (See the agile state report) Professional Scrum with Kanban ™ (PSK) is an interactive and very concrete or practical training.

The training includes 2 codes for each participant, free of charge, for the Professional Scrum with Kanban (PSK) certification.

Whatever your sector of activity; whatever your work procedures; whether they are very simple or very complex; whether or not you use DevOps: Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery (CI/CD); You will find value in participating in this course.

 

*When offered in person, this course is usually delivered over one day. When offered as distance learning, the course can be divided into several half-days.

Pass your PSK™ Certification

All participants who complete the Kanban with Scrum Professional – PSK – course will receive a free password to take the PSK certification assessment. Participants in this course who take the assessment within 14 days of the course and do not score at least 85% will be granted a 2nd attempt free of charge.
