I am a consultant Agile Coach and Professional Scrum Trainer with 7 years of experience as a Software Developer. I have under my belt about fifteen years of experience in agility and product development in several sectors of activity such as Banking, IT, logistics, construction, the public sector, e-commerce and trading.

I hold a Master of Science and a Bachelor option in Software Engineering and I have followed numerous training courses and experienced several perspectives of agility and management among which I would cite Kanban, Scrum, XP, Lean UX, etc. ‘Agility at scale or even PMP, as evidenced by the certifications that I have passed.

Course overview Applying Professional Scrum for Software Developer ™(APS-SD) previously Professional Scrum Developer (PSD)

The training includes 2 free of charge codes for each participant, to pass the Professional Scrum Developer (PSD) certification.

This highly interactive course lasts 20 to 24 hours*, and allows students to gain a concrete vision of what it is like to create software with Scrum. They collaborate on a series of sprints applying modern engineering practices and using the Scrum framework to manage complexity. The main objective of the course is to develop and deliver functional increments from the first sprints. Students will experience real-world challenges and problems and, through a series of sprints, learn to continually improve the way they do their work.

The course is available in several programming languages depending on your technical stack to meet your needs. The .NET version was developed in partnership with Microsoft and is the official training solution for Microsoft® Visual Studio.

Course Learning Objectives

• Experience true collaboration between developers, Product Owner and Scrum Master in the quest to build and deliver a high quality and valuable product.
• Build and deliver working software by applying modern Agile engineering practices and DevOps tools.
• Take advantage of the synergy between the different elements of Scrum and complementary practices: user stories, burn down chart, CFD, CI/CD, TDD, ATTD and many others.

* This course is generally taught over three full days or divided into several half-days.

All participants completing this APS SD course will receive FREE passwords to attempt the PSD certification assessment. Participants who attempt the  assessment within 14 days of receiving their free password and do not score at least 85% will be granted a 2nd attempt at no additional cost.
