I am an Agile Coach and Professional Scrum Trainer consultant. I have fifteen years of experience in agility and product development.

I have followed many trainings and experienced several perspectives of agility and management among which I would mention PMP, Kanban, Scrum, XP, Lean UX and Agility at scale, as evidenced by the certifications I have passed. My previous jobs have allowed me to develop a wide experience in several sectors of activity including construction, logistics, public sector, e-commerce, banking and many others.

Course Overview

This highly interactive course combines PSM I and PSM II and takes place over several half-days or over 3 days. It is based on a series of activities to enable participants to develop a solid advanced understanding of Professional Scrum and the accountability of the Scrum Master. Through a combination of concept teaching, practical exercises and teamwork, based on the modern approach Training From the Back of the Room,participants integrate the fundamentals of the Scrum framework, improve their postures as an advanced Scrum Master, the principles and agile mindset, while learning and exercising the practices of an effective Scrum team.

This duo of courses aims to challenge and arm experienced Scrum masters to become the best Scrum facilitators and agility within their organizations and teams in order to maximize the effectiveness of their Scrum through advanced postures.

The authorized Professional Scrum Trainer shares their unique experience and skills as a professional trainer for participatory, quality learning.

Content

During the training, students will learn about the critical areas for the evolution of a successful Scrum Master. Thus, they will discover how the principles and values of Scrum help guide Scrum Masters in their decisions and how they can help change the environment of Scrum teams, creating an environment in which Agile can flourish. The role of the Scrum Master is complex and often, they must be able to use different postures in order to be effective. Among other things, we have:

Senior Scrum Master, consultant at Societe Generale Paris la Défense bank, I undertook in 2017 to become an authorized Professional Scrum Trainer at Scrum.org with Ken Schwaber, co-founder of Scrum.

Before my professional retraining in Agile Transformation support, I was a Developer for several years. Holder, with honors, of a Master of Science option Information Technology from the Indian University of Madras, preceded by a Bachelor of Technology at the University Institute of Technology of Douala in Cameroon, I was a member of the Project Management Institute (PMP). In addition to extensive experience as a trainer, I speak French and English.My main passion is football.

Within the firm AGILE THINKING http://www.agilethinking.pro – http://www.agile.cm (pioneer of Scrum and Agile training in Cameroon since 2017), I implement my permanent entrepreneurial mindset, the experience acquired in large companies and in supporting start-ups, as well as understanding the specificities of government and state institutions, in order to help my collaborators in different sectors of activity to seize opportunities for improvement in agility, quality of life at work and performance.
