I am an Agile Coach and Professional Scrum Trainer consultant. I have fifteen years of experience in agility and product development.

I have taken many trainings and experienced several perspectives of agility and management among which I would mention PMP, Kanban, Scrum, XP, Lean UX and Agility at scale, as evidenced by the certifications I have passed. My previous jobs have allowed me to develop a wide experience in several sectors of activity including construction, logistics, public sector, e-commerce, banking and many others.

Scaled Professional Scrum with Nexus™ Training

The training includes 2 free of charge codes for each participant, to pass the Scaled Professional Scrum with Nexus certification.

Course Learning Objectives

• Identify typical challenges in scaling, and learn principles and techniques for overcoming them
• Understand how to find the scale that works best for your organization and processes, including when to reduce or “de-scale”
• Experience the negative impact of cross-team dependencies on value delivery at scale
• Learn how identify, visualize, minimize and remove dependencies through cross-team refinement
• Learn how the Nexus framework extends and reinforces the key principles of Scrum to enable value delivery at scale
• Experience the Nexus framework in action – including the events, accountabilities and artifacts
• Experience techniques for organizing teams, organizing the work and running a Nexus
• Learn how to deliver value across the whole Nexus instead of optimizing the work of the individual teams

Pass your Exam Certification

All participants completing the Professional Agile Leadership – Essentials course will receive FREE passwords to attempt the Scaled Professional Scrum with Nexus certification assessment. SPS class participants who attempt the SPS assessment within 14 days of receiving their free password and do not score at least 85% will be granted a 2nd attempt at no additional cost.

This course is not suitable for professionals with little Scrum knowledge or experience.
